In this project i was looking at the craft of embroidery. It is also more to do with the idea of placement than putting the images into repeat.

This is one of my final designs. Layering two repeats in order to make a more exciting visual image.

In this project i was looking at cells. I started looking at pieces of knitting and developed a screen using a piece of knitting. In this motif i have used the texture of my screen print as the background image of the cells.
